  • He is finally wearing a red Jubilee branded T-shirt in his campaign poster seeking the Starehe constituency Parliamentary seat

Musician Charles Kanyi popular by his stage name Jaguar is known for his pitch perfect mastery of fashion with his favorite style being the denim trouser and plain T-shirt. However, Jaguar never wears red T-shirts. He is mostly in White, black,blue or grey except for his occasional red rubber shoes!

Things have now changed, perhaps a rise in political temperatures have contributed to this change of heart. In a new campaign poster unveiled yesterday, the artiste poses in the Jubilee signature ‘Tuko Pamoja’ hands gesture and wears a red Jubilee branded T-shirt.

Jaguar whose rags to riches story is inspirational is seeking to be elected as the next Starehe constituency Member of Parliament. He will be battling it out with youthful and popular aspirants; activist Boniface Mwangi, Business man Steve Mbogo(ODM) as well as the incumbent Maina Kamanda (Jubilee)
