Maad Orchestra takes centre stage this Friday

Jazz musician Eddie Grey will be performing under his electronic beat maker art name Maad Jikoni, alongside members of his Jazz ensemble, some of Kenya’s top vocalists -including Atemi Oyungu, Victor Muli and Pete Odera – and an 18 piece orchestra, led by conductor Levi Wataka.  The evening will be a musical journey through vintage 70s Kenyan hits to its 90s hip hop and today’s pop anthems, all mashed up with the genius of Mozart’s orchestra symphonies and delivered though Maad Jikoni’s electronic beats. The show will go down at the Braeburn Theatre on Friday, March the 3rd. Tickets go for Sh.1800 for regular and Sh.4500 for VIP.
