Peanut Butter

This dense spread might not be the first thing that comes to mind where health is concerned but a little bit of peanut butter goes a long way. Apart from its unrivalled versatility it is packed with protein. This also explains why it is a common ingredient in protein shakes, it helps build and repair muscle.
